The LR-1BS5 is a 2D plane-scanning lidar that scans the surrounding area on a single plane with the aid of an infrared invisible laser beam. The LR-1BS5 uses two dimensional polar coordinates to characterize the surrounding environment based on its measurement origin. With a scanning Angle range of 270°, the LR-1BS5 can detect and output the Angle, distance and signal strength information of the target, which is convenient for the SLAM system to better identify the target. The LR-1BS5 can be widely used in different industries such as robot navigation, obstacle avoidance, security monitoring, industrial automation, intelligent logistics and so on.
